Creston City Council applies for a USDA grant


CRESTON, Iowa. - The Creston City Council is going after a grant to help out their police department.

City Administrator Mike Taylor told KXCV/KRNW that they will apply for financial assistance with the USDA Rural Development.

Taylor says the city council also approved several agreements involving the second phase of a study on wastewater treatment. The next city council meeting is scheduled for March 3.
